Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a therapeutic practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that involves inserting thin, sterile, single-use needles into specific points on the body. Acupuncture promotes health and alleviates problems by affecting the body's natural healing mechanisms.

Cupping

Fire cupping, also known simply as cupping, is a traditional therapy used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that provides numerous health benefits, including increased circulation, pain alleviation, reduced inflammation, and improved immune function. By creating suction with heat, it brings blood to the surface, relieves muscle tension, and enhances general health.

Chinese Herbs

Traditional Chinese herbs are a fundamental component of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), used for thousands of years to promote health and treat various ailments. These herbs are used in combinations, known as formulas, to address specific health conditions by restoring balance and harmony within the body.

Cosmetic Acupuncture

Cosmetic acupuncture, also known as facial acupuncture, is a specialized branch of acupuncture that focuses on improving the appearance of the skin and reducing signs of aging by stimulating your skin’s natural production of collagen and elastin.

Holistic Microneedling

Holistic microneedling is a minimally invasive skincare treatment designed to improve the appearance of the skin by stimulating its natural healing processes. This method combines the mechanical benefits of microneedling with a holistic approach that considers the overall health and well-being of the individual.

LED Light Therapy

LED Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that penetrates the skin’s layers to improve fine lines and wrinkles while promoting blood flow. When used with acupuncture it can help relieve pain, improve circulation, and treat various skin conditions such as eczema, rosacea, and hair loss.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion is an ancient therapy that involves burning mugwort leaves (moxa) on acupuncture points. It is most beneficial for treating pain, poor circulation, reproductive health, and digestive health.

Ear Seeds

Auriculotherapy is a therapeutic technique that involves stimulating specific points on the ear that correspond to different parts of the body connected by the autonomic nervous system. We also call it: "Acupressure to-go" which is perfect for people with busy schedules who still want to maintain their wellness. It offers a quick, effective solution to stimulate the body’s healing processes without needing a full acupuncture session.

What to expect

During your initial appointment, we will review your medical history, current symptoms, and health concerns. We will also feel your pulse and look at your tongue, which are crucial tools for Chinese Medicine diagnosis that will provide us with information on what your body is going through internally.

After your consultation, we will begin the acupuncture treatment along with other modalities such as cupping, moxibustion, and ear seeds if needed for your condition.

After your acupuncture treatment, we will discuss possibly incorporating customized Chinese herbal supplements into your healing journey. These come in the form of capsules, granules, teas, or tinctures.

After reviewing your condition, we will design the best treatment plan for you and discuss the frequency and length of treatment. Remember that each individual is different as well as healing is not linear, meaning that there are ups and downs during this process and that’s why the length of the treatment plan is just an estimate.

Consistency is key! We encourage you to stick to your appointments to accelerate your healing process.

We look forward to seeing you and starting this journey with you!
